Terms & Conditions
The rules for using ClickEvent, what we do and don’t promise, and how affiliate links and content on this site work. Last updated July 2026.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of clickevent.online (“ClickEvent”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the site.
Who we are
ClickEvent publishes independent research and guides on money, investing, banking and side income. We are a content and information publisher, not a bank, broker, financial institution or registered financial adviser.
Acceptance of terms
By browsing, reading or otherwise using this site, you confirm that you’re at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Terms in full. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised version.
Not financial, legal or tax advice
Everything on ClickEvent is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any specific product, service or investment. Always do your own research and, where appropriate, speak to a qualified, licensed professional before making financial decisions. Where investing is discussed, your capital is at risk and past performance does not guarantee future results.
Use of the site
You may use ClickEvent for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You agree not to:
- Copy, republish, scrape or redistribute our content without written permission
- Use the site in a way that could damage, disable or overburden it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its systems or related accounts
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content at scale without prior permission
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise credited, all text, graphics, logos and original content on ClickEvent are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may share links to our articles and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original page, but you may not reproduce full articles elsewhere without our written permission.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on ClickEvent, including links to services like Wise, are affiliate links. If you click one and open an account, sign up or make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never determine our rankings, reviews or recommendations, and any article containing affiliate links carries a disclosure at the end. You’re never obligated to use our links.
Accuracy of information & no warranties
We research our guides carefully and aim to keep them accurate and current, but fees, rates, features, eligibility and regulations change, sometimes without notice, and the providers we write about, not us, control that information. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or timeliness of anything on this site. Always verify current details directly with the relevant provider before acting.
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickEvent and its writers, contributors and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including but not limited to financial loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or any linked third-party site. This includes decisions made based on information found here, and any losses connected to products or services obtained through third-party or affiliate links.
Third-party links & services
Our guides link to external sites, including banks, transfer providers, brokers and other resources. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, terms, policies or practices of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review that site’s own terms and privacy policy before using it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ClickEvent, its writers and contributors harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the site, for any user or in general, at our discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse or violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction in which ClickEvent operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms periodically as the site, our services or applicable laws evolve. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ClickEvent after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
